I don't think you can get an LPN online. You can get Associate in Nursing from Excelsior College and take the state boards for RN.
It is easier to pass the clinical if you can become an LPN first.

Getting licensed as an LPN requires a combination of coursework and hands on training. There aren't any programs that will allow you to do everything online but you there are programs that offer online courses that will satisfy the classroom portion of your education. You will still need to get on the job training before you can take your certification exam to become a Licensed Practical Nurse. This can usually be done through a local community college or vocational school.

There are many accredited universities that offer online programs in Nursing. Traditionally an RN was a 4yr degree program. Since you have alot of the prerequisites, you would need to have them accepted by the institution you choose, take any other didactic coursework, and then go to a practicum at the university. Ideally, you would want to go to a university that would offer a "condensed" practicum curriculum to save time. One good program is LULL(Liberty University of Lifelong Learning), the online part of Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. There are many others, but choose what fits your life situation the best. The other option is to do a 2 yr or less RN program offered at a junior college. There is a shortage of nurses and this is a pretty streamlined way to go. It may take you less than 2 yrs if you get credit for your prior coursework. Typically this option has a fairly flexible schedule of coursework.
