Analyze your decision. Does the cost of distance education at the U. of Liverpool justify the results (future salary increas, change of career)? Honestly, personally I am quite sceptical that distance learning degree is as benefitial as a full-time MBA. I can be wrong.
If the prospects are there, then getting the money should not be a problem:
1. Ask the univeristy for financial help or advice.
2. Try to take a loan from a Westen bank with branches in Georgia. I know ABN-AMRO used to give loans like this (for MBA education).
3. Write a letter to your president asking him for advice/fellowship. Thirteen years ago he was in a similar situation himself (his U.S. education was funded by the U.S. government fellowship)
4. Find a sponsor - a company willing to pay for your education (maybe they'll hire you afterwards)

If you are looking to study from universities of India staying in UK then you would not get any scholarships. If you are staying in India and want to do MA in a regular scheme that is going to Post Graduate College then scholarships are available. You most certainly are eligible for financial aid for online/distance learning. The school must be accredited and approved. Once you decide where you'd like to take classes, the institution can advise you as to how to apply for aid, what lenders they are associated with (for student loans), etc.

Shop around for the right program for you and the best deal. In order to be eligible to participate in the federal student aid programs, school must be accredited.

You will need to complete a FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) online. This determines your eligibility for aid. There is no fee and you don't need to pay anyone to help you. You file the FAFSA and ask that the results be sent to your school.

The school will receive this information and then assemble an award package for you.

Since you're just beginning the process, create a folder and keep everything in one place. Keep track of phone numbers, dates, contacts, information, what was said, etc. It's a lot to manage at first and you don't want to lose track.

There are tons of scholarships that go unclaimed each year. Many $400, $500 or $1000 scholarships never even get applied for because people think it's chump change and not worth applying for. Well, get a few of those $500 scholarships and it'll really make a dent in your tuition bill.

Do a search on scholarships, search your major, your ethnic heritage, your town, your parents employers, your employer, hobbies, high school, local chamber of commerce/rotary/ lion's club etc. Left-handed? There is a scholarship out there for you! Older woman returning to school? There are scholarships out there for you. Do combined searches on more than one criteria "hispanic women aviation scholarships" etc.

Go to the library and ask the reference librarian for a reference book on scholarships. They usually have more than one. There are all kinds of scholarships out there, you just have to start applying yourself and make it your summer career to send out letters everyday for scholarships. Good luck!
