Simple answer is to start off simple. Until you outgrow a basic technique you will not get the benefit of a more sophisticated technique. I have started people off in Excel and when they got the basics, moved them to Project.
Start with a work breakdown structure and see how complex that is. You can expand to MSP if you like. MS Project is not the greatest tool but it is the most common. Read the referenced article for more info.

But I do not believe in CCPM. How can human beings be so standardized? Are we robots working on material robots?

what a load of business jargon! I think it just makes businesses look stupid and out of touch in stead of sophisticated when they use such terms.

Anyway they are basically saying that:

They have 50 people in 4 continents. These people work in professional jobs. They try their best to find find the best employees. They like to find the best ways to work; for example following the latest trends that are though of as best ways of operating. They try to steal employees from other companies (headhunting) because they can't train people themselves.

That's basically it. Sorry I didn't give you a complete translation but I don't feel like writing an essay. I just gave you the main points of what they are saying. They sound quite up themselves lol.
