Your best bet is to look over the books for conversation books at the Cambridge University Press website. Also look at the the titles at the Alta Books website (links below). I would recommend the Interchange series, but others may disagree.

I recommend the book, "More than a Native Speaker," by Donald Snow. It is very helpful for first time teachers as they make their way through the world of teaching in China. (He has many years of experience in China.) It includes pointers on classroom management, lesson planning, evaluations, etc. It's available through large bookstores or through online stores such as Amazon. A bit pricey ($40 US), but well worth it. It includes seven (I think) modules with lesson plans that can help you get through your first weeks and months.

(You'll want to make sure you get the 2006 version rather than the 1996 edition.)
